Terms of Use and Sale

These Terms of Use and Sale explain how Nikita Makarov, an individual operating the Asansara US storefront ("Asansara," "we," "us," or "our") provides the Asansara US storefront and sells products through https://asansara.com and any related Asansara US checkout, account, order, support, or custom-project experience that links to these Terms.

By placing an order, creating an account, using checkout, requesting a custom piece, or otherwise buying from the Asansara US storefront, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

These Terms apply only to https://asansara.com. The Russian storefront at https://asansara.ru has separate legal terms.

1. Seller and Contact Information

The seller is:

  • legal entity: Nikita Makarov, an individual operating the Asansara US storefront;
  • business address: provided after return authorization where required;
  • support email: support@asansara.com;
  • privacy email: support@asansara.com;
  • return address: provided after return authorization if not published for security reasons.

Customer support is available through the contact methods shown on the website or in your order confirmation.

2. Eligibility and Personal Use

The storefront is intended for customers who purchase products for personal, family, household, gift, or similar non-commercial use.

You must provide accurate account, contact, billing, shipping, and payment information. You are responsible for consequences caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information, including failed delivery, delayed delivery, returned shipments, tax calculation issues, or inability to contact you about the order.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent, abusive, commercially resold, placed through automated means, connected with sanctions or legal restrictions, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.

3. Products and Product Information

Asansara offers jewelry, objects, accessories, packaging, gift items, and related services shown on the storefront.

Product pages, checkout, order confirmations, product labels, certificates, care cards, or other accompanying materials may describe available sizes, dimensions, metal, finish, stones, materials, weight, color, care requirements, availability, estimated production time, and other product details.

We try to present products accurately, but photographs and videos may show variations caused by lighting, camera settings, screen settings, natural materials, hand finishing, small production tolerances, and the individual character of each piece.

Natural stones, pearls, minerals, metals, patinas, finishes, and handmade elements may vary in color, pattern, inclusions, surface texture, shape, and dimensions. These natural or handmade variations are part of the product character and are not defects unless the product materially differs from the description or applicable quality standard.

Measurements, weights, and dimensions are approximate unless expressly stated as exact.

4. Jewelry, Materials, and Stone Disclosures

Jewelry and material descriptions are intended to be truthful and clear. Where applicable, product pages or accompanying materials should identify important information such as metal type, plating or vermeil, stone identity, lab-grown or natural origin where relevant, treatments where required, size, weight, care limits, and any special conditions.

If a product includes stones, pearls, metals, coatings, recycled materials, antique components, or experimental materials, the specific product page and accompanying documents control the product-specific disclosure.

Do not rely on photographs alone to determine scale, stone color, finish, or material composition. Please read the product description and contact us before ordering if a specific attribute is essential to you.

5. Orders and Acceptance

You place an order by selecting products, providing required checkout information, selecting an available shipping method, selecting an available payment method, accepting applicable terms, and submitting the order.

After you submit an order, we may send an order confirmation or order-status page. That confirmation means we received your order request. It does not mean the order has been finally accepted if the product is unavailable, the payment fails, the price or description contains an error, fraud checks fail, shipping is unavailable, or we otherwise cannot fulfill the order.

We accept the order when payment is approved and we confirm that the order can be fulfilled, or when we ship the product, whichever occurs first.

We may contact you to verify information before accepting or shipping an order.

6. Cancellations, Errors, and Availability

We may cancel or refuse an order if:

  • the product is unavailable;
  • the listed price, tax, shipping, promotion, or product information contains an error;
  • payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or cannot be verified;
  • shipping to the provided address is unavailable or prohibited;
  • the order appears fraudulent, automated, abusive, or intended for unauthorized resale;
  • the order violates these Terms or applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled item or order.

You may request cancellation within 24 hours after placing an order by contacting support. If the order has not entered production, customization, fulfillment, packing, shipping, or final-sale processing, we will cancel it without a cancellation fee.

After the first 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed. For custom, bespoke, personalized, made-to-order, preorder, or special-order products, cancellation may be unavailable after you approve the order details or after sourcing, production, engraving, resizing, or other custom work begins.

We may still choose to help with a later cancellation when operationally possible, but these Terms do not require us to cancel an order after the cancellation window or after work has started.

7. Prices, Taxes, and Promotions

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise.

Prices do not include shipping, handling, duties, import charges, or applicable taxes unless stated at checkout.

Sales tax, use tax, or similar transaction taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout based on the shipping address, product type, and applicable tax rules.

Promotions, gift codes, discounts, credits, and special offers may have separate conditions, expiration dates, exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, and limits. We may refuse or reverse a promotion if it is expired, misused, obtained through unauthorized means, applied to excluded products, or affected by a technical error.

8. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Affirm, or other payment methods supported by Stripe and enabled for the US storefront.

Payments are processed by Stripe or other payment providers shown at checkout. Asansara does not store full card numbers or CVV codes entered through Stripe.

By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the charge for the order total, including product price, shipping, taxes, and other charges shown at checkout.

Affirm or another financing provider, if available, may provide separate financing terms, eligibility decisions, payment schedules, disclosures, fees, or customer obligations. Those financing terms are between you and the financing provider. A refund processed by Asansara may still be subject to the financing provider's timing and account rules.

If payment is declined, reversed, disputed, flagged for review, or not completed, we may suspend or cancel the order.

9. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Shipping options, estimated delivery dates, and any shipping costs are shown at checkout where available. The US Delivery page is available at https://asansara.com/delivery.

For ready-to-ship products, our current customer-facing delivery estimate is usually 14-20 calendar days after the order is confirmed, unless a different estimate is shown on the product page, checkout, order confirmation, or Delivery page.

If a specific shipment or delivery date is shown, we will use reasonable efforts to meet it. If no shipment date is stated, our operating target is to ship in-stock products within 30 days after we receive a properly completed order, unless a different timeline is disclosed for the product, preorder, custom piece, made-to-order piece, or otherwise agreed with you.

For custom, made-to-order, preorder, limited-run, or backordered products, the product page, checkout, written confirmation, or Delivery page may state a longer estimated production or shipping timeline.

If we learn that we cannot ship within the stated timeline, or within the applicable default period if no timeline was stated, we will notify you and provide available options, which may include waiting for the revised date, modifying the order, canceling the affected item, or receiving a refund where required.

Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, address issues, signature requirements, security review, payment review, production timing, or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title pass to you when the product is delivered to the address you provided or otherwise transferred as allowed by the selected delivery method, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the package, contact us promptly so we can help investigate with the carrier. We may require carrier investigation, proof of identity, shipping address confirmation, police report, affidavit, or other information before replacement or refund decisions.

10. Returns and Exchanges

Asansara offers a 14-day return window for eligible US orders unless a product page, checkout, promotion, or written agreement states a different policy.

To start a return, contact support within 14 days after delivery and provide the order number, your contact information, the product you want to return, and the reason for the request.

Eligible returned products must be:

  • unworn, unused, unaltered, and undamaged;
  • in saleable condition;
  • returned with original packaging, pouch, provenance card, labels, tags, certificates, care cards, gifts with purchase, and included accessories where applicable;
  • returned as a complete set if sold as a set;
  • shipped using the return method we authorize.

We may deny a return or reduce a refund if the product is worn, altered, damaged, incomplete, missing required materials, returned late, sent without authorization, or otherwise outside the policy.

Unless we made an error or the product is defective, original shipping charges, upgraded shipping, gift wrap, duties, and other non-product charges may be non-refundable. Return shipping may be your responsibility unless the product is defective, damaged in transit, or wrongfully shipped.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned product. Bank, card, Stripe, wallet, or financing-provider processing times may vary.

At this stage, online exchanges may not be available. If you need a different size, product, or finish, support may ask you to return the original eligible product and place a new order.

11. Non-Returnable and Final-Sale Products

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped:

  • engraved products;
  • monogrammed or personalized products;
  • resized or altered products;
  • custom, bespoke, commissioned, or made-to-order products;
  • products produced to your selected measurements, materials, stones, finish, or other custom specifications;
  • final-sale products;
  • gift cards, store credit, or similar non-physical credit products;
  • products that are worn, used, altered, damaged, incomplete, or missing required packaging, labels, cards, certificates, or accessories.

If a product is final sale, the product page, checkout, confirmation, or custom-order communication should state that condition before purchase.

12. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact support promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.

We may request additional information, return inspection, carrier review, or product evaluation before deciding on repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy.

Damage caused by normal wear, misuse, accident, improper storage, exposure to chemicals, impact, modification, unauthorized repair, resizing by a third party, or failure to follow care instructions is not a product defect.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Custom Pieces, Special Orders, and Preorders

Custom pieces, special orders, personalized items, made-to-order products, and preorders may require additional confirmation, design approval, deposit, partial payment, full payment, production timeline, or written terms.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving the details of a custom or special order before production begins, including size, engraving, materials, stones, finish, spelling, dates, measurements, and design details.

Once production, sourcing, engraving, resizing, personalization, or other custom work begins, cancellation may not be available and deposits or payments may be non-refundable to the extent allowed by applicable law and the agreed custom-order terms.

Estimated timelines for custom, made-to-order, preorder, or special-order products are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed.

14. Product Care, Repairs, and Warranty

Jewelry requires careful wear, storage, and cleaning. Product care instructions may be provided on product pages, care cards, support pages, or accompanying materials.

You should avoid impact, pressure, harsh chemicals, abrasives, pools, seawater, perfume, lotions, cleaning products, ultrasonic cleaning unless expressly allowed, and activities that may bend, scratch, loosen, or break the product.

Any warranty offered by Asansara will be described on the product page, warranty card, support page, or accompanying document. If no express warranty is stated, we do not provide an additional commercial warranty beyond rights that may apply under law.

Repairs, resizing, refinishing, stone replacement, or cleaning may be available for certain products at our discretion and may be subject to inspection, fees, shipping costs, and separate terms.

Unauthorized repairs, resizing, engraving, polishing, plating, or modification by a third party may void available warranty or service options.

15. Packaging, Gifts, and Provenance Materials

Orders may include packaging such as a linen pouch, box, care card, provenance card, certificate, or other materials, depending on the product and availability.

Packaging, gift messages, and included materials may vary by product, order type, availability, season, and shipping requirements.

If a return is approved, included packaging, cards, certificates, gifts with purchase, and accessories must be returned with the product where applicable.

16. Accounts, Order Status, and Communications

You may be able to create an account, use Google Sign-In, view order status, save information, or contact support through the storefront.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

We may send transactional communications about your account, order, payment, shipment, delivery, return, refund, support request, security, or legal notices. These are not marketing emails.

Marketing emails are sent only where you subscribe or otherwise consent as required. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting support.

17. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in connection with browsing, accounts, checkout, payment, address validation, analytics, marketing, customer support, returns, and other storefront activities.

18. Website Content and Intellectual Property

The storefront, product names, photographs, videos, text, designs, styling, logos, trademarks, graphics, layouts, code, product descriptions, and other content belong to Asansara or are used with permission.

You may use the website and product information for personal shopping, order management, customer support, and ordinary non-commercial reference.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, modify, distribute, sell, exploit, or use website content, product imagery, product descriptions, designs, or brand materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

19. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • use the storefront for fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, scraping, automated purchasing, or unlawful activity;
  • interfere with the security, availability, checkout, payment, account, or order systems;
  • submit false, misleading, infringing, harmful, or unlawful information;
  • attempt to bypass purchase limits, promotional limits, tax rules, shipping restrictions, sanctions, fraud controls, or payment controls;
  • misuse returns, chargebacks, promotions, customer support, or account features.

We may suspend access, cancel orders, refuse service, or take other appropriate action if we believe these Terms are violated.

20. Third-Party Services

The storefront may rely on third-party services for payment processing, wallets, financing, address validation, authentication, analytics, hosting, email, shipping, returns, security, and customer support.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, eligibility rules, fees, timing, availability, and support processes. We are not responsible for third-party service decisions, outages, delays, eligibility denials, account restrictions, or processing timelines except where applicable law provides otherwise.

21. Disclaimers

The storefront and products are provided as described on the website and in applicable product materials.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties not expressly provided in these Terms or in product-specific warranty materials, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so some limitations may not apply to you.

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights, product-safety obligations, fraud claims, or other rights that cannot be limited by contract.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Asansara will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the storefront, products, orders, shipping, returns, accounts, third-party services, or these Terms.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

Some states do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

23. Disputes and Governing Law

Disputes should be handled first through customer support. Governing law, venue, mandatory consumer rights, and any available dispute process apply as required by applicable law.

Customer disputes should be handled first through support at support@asansara.com. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the storefront with a new effective date.

The Terms in effect when you place an order generally apply to that order, unless a change is required by law or you agree to a different written term.
