Delivery Area

The .com storefront is intended for the United States market unless a product page, checkout, or written confirmation states otherwise.

If a destination is not available at checkout, we may be unable to ship to that address.

Delivery Cost

Standard delivery is included in the product price unless a product page, checkout, promotion, or written agreement states otherwise.

Any additional delivery charge, if applicable, will be shown at checkout or confirmed with you before shipment.

Ready-to-Ship Products

For ready-to-ship products, the current estimated delivery time is usually 14-20 calendar days after the order is confirmed.

This estimate includes order review, product check, careful packaging, handoff to the carrier, and carrier transit time.

Custom, Made-to-Order, and Preorder Products

Custom, bespoke, personalized, made-to-order, preorder, limited-run, or backordered products may take longer.

The estimated production and delivery timeline should be shown on the product page, at checkout, in the order confirmation, or in written communication with support before or after the order is placed.

If production or delivery timing is important to you, please contact us before placing the order.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Timing can be affected by carrier delays, customs or border review, weather, address issues, security review, payment review, production timing, or events outside our reasonable control.

If we learn that we cannot ship within the stated timeline, or within the applicable default period if no timeline was stated, we will contact you with available options. Those options may include waiting for the revised date, modifying the order, canceling the affected item, or receiving a refund where required.

Tracking

After the order is handed off to the carrier, we will provide tracking information when it is available.

If tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, contact us promptly so we can help investigate with the carrier. We may need confirmation of the shipping address, proof of identity, carrier investigation, photos, an affidavit, police report, or other information before replacement or refund decisions.

Damaged Packages

If the package arrives damaged, incomplete, or visibly opened, photograph the package and shipping label before discarding anything and contact us as soon as possible.

Please keep the product, packaging, label, and included materials until support confirms the next step.
