Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from the Asansara online store, operated by Asansara LLC. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of them.
1. Orders
Our store is for personal purchases. Please provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment details.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We accept your order when payment is approved and we confirm that we can fulfill it, or when we ship it, whichever happens first. We may contact you to check order details.
Our Refund Policy explains cancellations, unavailable products, order errors, and refunds if we cannot fulfill an order.
2. Our Pieces
Please read the product description, materials, measurements, and care information before ordering. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise. Photos may look different depending on lighting and your screen.
Natural materials and handmade pieces vary in color, pattern, texture, and finish. These variations are not defects unless a piece materially differs from its description or the applicable quality standard. Product-specific descriptions and agreed written details apply to your piece.
3. Prices and Payment
Our base prices are in US dollars. Local-currency prices use our payment provider's exchange rate and may be rounded. Checkout shows the currency and total before you pay. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
Taxes we are required to collect are shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes are not included in our prices; see our Shipping Policy.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and processed by Shopify Payments or the other providers shown there. You must be authorized to use your payment method. We do not store full card numbers or security codes.
Promotions may have their own conditions and exclusions. We may refuse or reverse discounts that are expired, misused, or applied in error.
4. Delivery and Returns
Delivery destinations, costs, timelines, customs, and lost or damaged parcels are covered by our Shipping Policy.
Cancellations, returns, refunds, and exceptions for custom or final-sale pieces are covered by our Refund Policy. Please read both policies before ordering.
5. Custom Pieces
Custom work may require written approval and a deposit or advance payment. Please check the size, materials, finish, engraving, and other agreed details before approving the work. Production and delivery timings are agreed individually. Cancellation and return restrictions are explained in our Refund Policy.
6. Care and Warranty
Follow the care instructions for your piece; our Care page provides general guidance. Repairs, resizing, and other services depend on the piece and may carry a fee. Unauthorized repairs or alterations may affect warranty or service options.
Any additional commercial warranty will be stated with the product. Otherwise, we do not offer a separate commercial warranty beyond your rights under applicable law.
7. Accounts and Privacy
Keep access to your email and account secure. We send service emails about orders and support. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Our Shopify storefront is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information when you visit or purchase from this storefront, including to provide enhanced services based on your interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify. To provide these services, information is shared with Shopify and other service providers, which may be located in other countries. Our Privacy Policy explains this processing and your privacy choices; see also Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy.
8. Using This Website
Our text, photographs, designs, and other website content belong to Asansara or are used with permission. You may use them for personal shopping, but not copy or use them commercially without permission.
Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized resale, automated purchasing, or interference with the service. We may refuse orders or suspend access in these cases. Third-party payment, delivery, and other services may have their own terms.
9. Liability and Disputes
Where the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our liability for a product or order is limited to the amount paid for it. These limits do not restrict rights or remedies that cannot be limited by law.
Please contact support at support@asansara.com first so we can try to resolve any dispute informally. These Terms, your use of the Services and your purchases are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where Asansara LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction over any dispute; if you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms takes away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
10. Changes and Contact
We may update these terms and the linked policies by posting a revised version. The versions in effect when you place an order apply to that order, unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise in writing.
